The Department of general surgery is playing a crucial role in providing both theoretical and practical knowledge for MBBS students from their 2nd professional till the completion of course with impressive outcomes.

Our department follows a well-researched undergraduate teaching and training as per new CBME curriculum that is committed to delivering exceptional medical education, research, training, and the highest level of clinical care to the PATIENTS. Our teaching methods include creative learning modules that emphasize hands-on practice and demonstration sessions, as per new NMC GUIDELINES.

                              We are conducting regular bed side clinicals, case discussions, demonstrations, Theory Classes, Seminars, monthly tests, orientation Programme and internal assessments (thrice Theory & Clinical) for all Semesters of MBBS.

 

  1. Methods & Modes of Assessment, grading of the Student

                               Monthly tests, internal assessments (Theory & Clinical), audio Visual Seminars, Small group discussions, Viva Voice and bed side clinical case presentation are the methods and modes of Assessment, grading of the Student by giving Marks as per University norms.
